A must-have package when dealing with IT services

The best part of this software is its ability to monitor any website or application we have, it has been very useful for us in solving our issues related web monitoring such as page speed optimization (website), security threats detection etc., also I like that they are always trying new features so you will never get bored using their tool! nothing really bad about synthetic transaction manager but maybe more options would be nice? if there was something similar regarding memory usage i think…

  • I like the ability to monitor the website through our network or even remotely (by using a mobile device like iphone or android phone)
Cons
  • The cost of the software is very high sometimes and it is sometimes a bit too hard to use it

Great tool with many different capabilities

I like that it's easy to use, has all of our most commonly used tools in one place so we don't have to go searching for them elsewhere. The ability to monitor multiple applications at once is great too! We're able to see if any apps are having issues without needing someone from IT or another department to help us out. An invaluable piece if success-building technology

I like that it allows me to monitor every aspect of our website, including all web applications as they relate directly or indirectly to each other; plus we also have an agent monitoring for us in case something does go wrong so there is zero downtime. The interface isn't always intuitive which makes management difficult when multiple people are working at once (like during live migrations). There's no real way to know how many users/visitors came from where unless you specifically track this…
