They don't last long as they quickly lose their shape. You have to clean the filter with hydrochloric acid every week, but I knew if I did that they would fall apart. So I used soap and hot water. But I won't buy them again.

These replacement filters are the best I have found. Better than a big brand. I use them non-stop in my Honeywell humidifier and they haven't fallen apart and I haven't had any mold problems! For longer run times, I recommend using filtered or distilled water.

The filters arrived in record time and were exactly what we needed. We were worried about finding filters since our humidifier is an older model, but they fit perfectly. Literally two for the price of one if I had to buy them from a local store. The filter has been in continuous use for three days and still looks like new. Very satisfied.

We have two children with allergies, and dry air in winter harms them. It is an ideal replacement for store bought filters that cost more and give the same results. No trimming, no odd maintenance, that's been great for us, and changing filters often isn't a chore or breaks the bank.

It has been 8 days since the filter was replaced with a genuine Honeywell filter. As can be seen in the photo, it is already difficult to detect by smell (I of course cleaned it before changing the filter). The original Honeywell filter took about 3-4 weeks to take this form, but unfortunately the Aqua Green filter couldn't last longer than the original.
