REQUIRED! Installing this shower head, or rather "heads” is not difficult at all. The water pressure is amazing, and even with both heads on at the same time, it puts out some power. I would highly recommend this shower head to anyone and for the money it's not a problem. DO NOT USE THE KEY! This should be done only with your hands so as not to pull the threads and break something.

As long as this item is awesome I love it. Here are some tips on how to get the most out of this product. Remove the white and gray flow control. Use extra washers on the main fitting next to the tube and on the end of the hose that connects to the switch. Depending on the length of your metal shower pipe, you may need to move the washers. After doing this for me, it works flawlessly. BUY if you want an affordable shower upgrade that adds performance and functionality.

We liked it so much I bought it for another bathroom. The finishes are beautiful and match the basin mixers. It was also easy to install, no tools needed just to take the old ones off. What I really like is that the hose is longer than my old ones. I use a wheelchair in the bath and therefore it doesn't adjust when I need to reach my back. The price was good. I've only had this item a few weeks but the installation was a joke. It has a locking mechanism that prevents it from spinning, but it's also made from flimsy plastic and will flex on first use, causing the head to spin.
