AquaFX Barracuda Aquarium Filter GPD Review

This company's customer service is top notch. The time it takes to pack them to ensure they arrive intact is second to none. They've mostly already assembled the device so connection was a breeze along with a YouTube video they made to help. I would 100% recommend this product.

I bought my RO water from my local fish store because I didn't have room for your regular RO unit. It was very inconvenient to carry multiple 5 gallon buckets with me each week. This unit came to the rescue. I can store it under the sink in the back of the bathroom and take it out to make reverse osmosis water right there. So far everything has been perfect with this device.

50 gpd a bit slow, my only complaint is the amount of water wasted. It takes about 15-20 minutes to fill a gallon jug. My TDS meter says I'm still filtering at 97.5% deviation. It's pretty cool considering I've already done about 250 gallons of reverse osmosis water. The downside is I just ordered new filters for $100 for a full set. It's a little pricey, wish it was more like $60. The membrane alone is $45. blah.

Just delivered today. I received the HM Digital TDS-EZ Water Quality TDS Tester in the mail last night so I had to play around with it first. After approx. 1 minute assembly (insert membrane filter, connect 2 water pipes via quick coupling) I connected the filter to a garden hose. After about 45 seconds, the filter was completely full and slowly began to dispense filtered water. I checked the water right away. I didn't even give him time to walk the bullshit lines and he registered 000 TDS…
