🚿 Aquasana AQ-4125 Shower Filter Replacement Cartridge, White, 1-Pack Review

I use for many years. I bought the whole shower head unit first and replaced it once. But every year I only buy replacements for both baths. They prevent the chlorine in the water from drying out your skin and hair and are very effective. You will definitely notice a difference in the condition of your skin and hair. Highly recommended.

Notice the big difference in water quality since I started using this. The skin became much smoother, less dry and no longer itchy. Attention: When installing a new filter, the water will turn black for a while. Make sure you have something to pour water into. I tried doing it in a tub with no bucket or something and the tub got dirty. The stains weren't permanent - I eventually managed to get them out, but it took a while.

I think I was misled. Everything in this advertisement speaks of the authenticity of the filter. It even says Aquasana sells it and keeps saying "Only use originals." It wasn't until I had it already installed that I realized it was "Aqua Crest" brand and on the papers was "cheap replacement". Well, it wasn't that cheap. In fact, I now see that in the current offering I could get a brand new filter assembly for less than what I paid for that replacement filter on the Aquasana website.

Installing the filter is easy. Simply remove your old shower head and replace it with this one. When it's time to replace the cartridge, simply unscrew it from the shower head. This can be difficult as the filter can get stuck after a few months. You may have to use something like an oil filter wrench to remove it. This filter doesn't replace actual purified soft water, but it does remove quite a bit of dissolved solids from the water and does it better than straight from the tap. Mine usually…
