I've seen a lot of alarmist reviews here so I wanted to give my opinion. Firstly, we love this aquarium. It's perfect for our fighters. It is easy to clean and maintain and works as it should. Plus, it looks great, and the sound of the pump and the splashing of the water aren't intrusive at all. However, some concerns expressed in other reviews are not unfounded. I was so excited to use this on my current betta which I have had for about 6 months, as well as an edible frog and a third fish. The third fish died pretty quickly, but I don't think the aquarium is to blame, so let's move on. ((update under original review)) Before purchasing and after reading some reviews I thought I would have to put blockers between tank outlets to prevent chickens from getting into other tanks.
