I bought two of these because the price was cheaper than most long 20G. Both tanks arrived intact, but the second tank broke when I barely tapped it on the second attempt to clean it.

I bought these for my hamsters because I wanted them to have more room to run and move around (PetSmart's cage is too small in my opinion) When this aquarium box arrived, was slightly destroyed and the tank badly damaged. I am very disappointed as I really wanted my hamsters to go to their new homes.

I love this aquarium, we use it for our 4 hermit crabs. The size is perfect and I chose it because it's a long rectangular shape and not a wide square shape. However, I was disappointed to learn that Petco is actually cheaper. I didn't think it was cheaper at the pet store! Well, he's here now, working for us.

This came with large dents on one of the short sides as well as a huge sticker that cannot be removed and large sloppy strips of adhesive holding the frame to the glass. I'm fine with this because it will be assembled in the garage, but if I were buying it for tabletop use I would send it back. come on, when your employees are so underpaid and pressured to lick up your products, you need to cut your billionth share of the company's financial pie and pay your employees more.

Arrived safely! After some reviews I was very concerned that the tank would arrive broken or scratched. However, the packaging was good with no tears, scratches or other visible defects. I am using this as a habitat for a 5 foot rat snake. So there is no need to talk about water holding capacity. We've been using it for about 5 months, everything is fine. Easily pairs with a wire mesh lid to keep your snake where it needs to be. Really good value for money. Much cheaper than other 20 gallon…
