Incredible quality. 2005 Yamaha R6

They far exceeded my expectations. In both style and function, they work AMAZING. I get nothing but compliments. The finish hasn't worn at all, zero flex under the weight of the swivel. As solid as possible. I would buy again without hesitation.

Cons

Excellent product in parts

Well packaged Delivery within reason and parts fit perfectly The only problem I had was the master cylinder closing so I had to replace the part intended to connect to a lever Wasn't able to use it but got it working and everything looks great and is working great so far. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make their bike stylish.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Update available

Worth the price in footpegs

I would give it 5 stars but it's not plug and play like most rear kits and it doesn't come with a detent I had to tweak a lot especially on the rear braking system, but nothing complex just make sure you have patience and take your time to install it and it will be fine loving the result on my 2017 R6!

Pay attention to the details of the body and frame

So in general the set is excellent. The only problem is that the bracket that holds the rear brake spring requires some fiddling. You will need to drill through the existing holes and purchase 2 nuts and bolts from the hardware store as this is the only way the bracket will stay in place. Otherwise if you leave it as is, this bracket will move every time you press the brake pedal and eventually the pedal will not activate the brake light. Otherwise it was easy to install and with the above…

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Big and bulky

You look great, you feel great, nice features!

Perfect for 2018 MT09. The standard footpegs had "tentacles" that were constantly being dragged during track days. I removed the "probes" but then the pins still dragged and the boots wore out. These rear kits push the pins up a bit and that should give me the clearance I need. Nice bonus: you can now mount the linkage on the right side of the shifter shaft - this allows you to GP-Shift as shown in the picture. The rear kits come with a linkage for Quick Shift which I hope to incorporate at…

Excellent for the price

The Bad: Everything about the brake switch is nonsense. The main mounting bolts are steel. Replace them if you really drive. They will rust. The bolts holding the master cylinder bracket with threaded holes for attaching the heel guard are junk and will prevent the lever from moving when you're tall. Throw them away and drill larger holes in the heel counter and use a regular screw. Also, you can swap out the heel guard before drilling if you don't want to show "Arashi". Advantages: High…

Decent rear seats to match body and frame parts

I wanted gold rear seats for my R1 and it was either these or $600 for some satos. They look exactly like the MGP Hot Bodies sold by Revzilla, Cycle Gear, STG etc which are more than double the price. The only difference is the stamp on the protective cover. As much as I hate buying Chinese rear seats, I bet they might be acceptable since the major bike retailers essentially sell them rebranded. It's not Woodcrafts or Vortex or any of the other expensive tail kits but the quality is decent in…
