I can use this to compare 2 folders of files, or sync them across devices without having an internet connection available for syncing. It's not always as fast at comparing/synching large amounts of data between two computers like other programs are able to do it. The ability to see what has changed with one click, easily compare two folders at once for changes or deletions of files, very user friendly! I wish there was an option to have it run in background so that my computer runs faster because it's not constantly running like other programs out there which takes up resources from your system while you're doing something else. I like best that it gives me an easy way to compare large documents, so it makes sure there are no errors in copying or pasting files from one computer into another. It's not perfect yet - sometimes you have problems getting some folders synced up correctly with other computers that use your network share as well even if those shared files were last copied/pasted only minutes earlier by AraxiMerge itself.
