Excellent product for the price, better than most expensive products. I recommend it to anyone who uses a winch, I will buy another.

Already prevented the faulty harness from hitting me or others during recovery! I'm discussing getting a second one so I can have a 1/4 of the rope way off the hook for extra security. I may be ordering one in a few months!

Safety is everything when you need to pull/be pulled when you get stuck. I've seen tow ropes snap and seriously injure someone. This eliminates much of that risk if the line breaks.

As others have said, just buy this and you're done. Others you need to add weight. You won't lose the bright orange that doubles as a safety vest or just a handy way to carry it around. Well made, washes well.

Velcro looks like it will hold up securely if the cable breaks and packaging says it can be worn as a safety vest once opened. The bags are well made although I don't think they will hold up to heavy blocks for long periods of time. chains, yes 36,000 lb ripping blocks, short.

Heavy weight with an inside pocket for extra weight if desired. Used once so far and luckily wasn't dependent on it due to a broken cable. Can save lives and should be owned and transported with any vehicle equipped with a winch. More expensive than some other brands, but heavier construction and more ready to use in an emergency.

Highly recommended, better and bigger than Warn-Damper. Made from beautiful, durable vinyl with a fabric edge, it's sturdy but flexible and will likely stretch with use. It has velcro on the sides and bottom so it can be attached to the cable well. A sufficiently large bag will easily fit (2) ten pd. Kettlebells with round bars. The only thing I wish it had pockets on both sides so you can balance the weight evenly from side to side.
