I've used their CPU coolers before and was quite impressed. This thing isn't great. Came with a broken fan blade. It happens, I understand. What I don't understand is that the construction is less professional compared to the finishing. From the frame assembly to the cable connector to the engine structure, everything looked and felt thin and fragile, more like a prop. Couldn't rely on anything like this to protect my components.

Well I used half of the 6 fans I received. I made the mistake of postponing the project for several months. All boxes looked perfect, but half were broken. For some reason my BIOS shows that it hits 0 RPM every few minutes which starts my monitoring software and gives me an alert. I look directly at the fan and see that the speed is constant. Otherwise, this is a very quiet little fan and I have no other complaints. And it worked for several months without this problem, so I don't know what to do about it.

I ordered a pair of these fans to replace my current exhaust fans to use Corsair fans to install push-pull fans on a CPU heatsink. Received it and found a fan had broken off the motor hub and was clearly defective. The box it came in was undamaged so I can only assume Arctic Packs ship and ship known broken parts like this junk I received. Terrible quality control. This is my first experience with an arctic brand and I can safely say I will never use this junk brand again.
