Item arrives exactly as you see in the picture but I have a 4 month old Maltese puppy and the elastic straps are too big for her soft fine coat. I spent about 30 minutes getting the bows in her hair AND looking right. I had to cut out a few of them because you have to twist so much to make them a little tight. After a few looks from my dog. I gave up. Poor child.

Sweet bows! My Bitsy doesn't bother them in their hair and they are very cute. I even hung a pair on her collar. They are cute and simple. One tip I learned from my bow groomer is to wrap the ribbon around a very small pair of pliers (or similar tool) about three times, then pinch the tuft of hair with the pliers and strip it off. on the bow, then tear out the hair. It works great and faster so you don't have to pull your hair.

Very disappointed! They arrived today and there was hair in my package. Long black hair, and to top it off, the slightly stretchy base they're talking about is just a scrunchie carelessly tucked in the middle. Takes a lot of bow and not easy to put on the dog as it wraps around the bow and doesn't sit properly in the hair. I was very happy with these but probably next time I'll just make them myself and even save some money.

I ordered 1-1/2 by 5/8 Aria bows and was happy with the size; They are listed as 1-1/2 by 3/8, but not only in width, but also in length. I didn't take it apart to measure, but of course if the lengths were the same the loop would be about the same size. If I had known that they are not only narrower but also shorter, I would have gone for 5/8 arches. Now I have 100 sheets that I can't use; Unfortunately, shipping is expected to be 1/2 of the order value.

I love these bows. I use them in my Shih Tzu Poodle mix to make "braids". She doesn't mind them. I agree with the reviewer that they are difficult to brush, but even the loop my dog's groomer put on gave me the same problem. Active dogs collect a lot of dust around their gums, even over several days. And rubber bands generally have some kind of residue. I haven't found rubber bands for dogs without a fastener yet! If that gives me trouble, I just cut the elastic and it slips off, saving the dog

They do what I need! They stay on my dog for several days. I would give 5 stars but sometimes the loops come undone and it's frustrating trying to tie in dog hair again (which probably won't happen to my squirming pup). ) or remove it because a loose loop looks lousy. I like small bows for my Shih Tzu. This is a good size for a small dog to wear 2 loops at a time. They are clearly visible through the transparent container. You really get 100 sheets for a great price. Those are rubber bands. I had a bit of trouble putting the loops on and they both face the right way.
