Not Worth the Money: Disappointing Chandelier

Based on my experience, this chandelier looked attractive online and seemed like it would be a great addition to my home and kitchen. However, when it arrived, it was flimsy and not at all what I expected in terms of quality. The one positive is that it was easy to install. Unfortunately, the chandelier didn't provide adequate lighting and it looked cheap. It was definitely not worth the high price.

Good fan. I bought it for my wife's birthday but didn't have time to install it. I tried to install it for Christmas and to my surprise two blade mounts were missing. Now I need to go out and find her to complete the installation. Also the instructions were not for the fan I received. Luckily I'm good at packing. I have updated my rating to 5. Even though I was out of the support window, the seller was kind enough to send me the missing brackets. The fan is ready. This is an outstanding fan. It

Sloppy company on a grand scale, but a good fan when it works!

This was exactly what we wanted, a quiet and beautiful ceiling fan and I would have given it five stars if this company hadn't been so sloppy. In total, two out of three fans were sent to us with a defective motor. The first fan contained a pattern for a completely different fan or a collection of fans for sale, so the pattern was most likely for a fan that doesn't exist. Usually a multi-hour project turned into an ordeal, going up and down three times the first time and twice the second…
