Excellent junction box suitable for electrical boxes

This is a great product. Made of durable plastic, it fits the face snugly and the holes come out easily. I used it to install a new Ring Cam headlight. I highly recommend it.

  • Best
Cons
  • High price

Exactly what I needed!

My builder used these on existing jigs so I decided to use them when installing the ring. It is very easy to use if you are familiar with cutting siding. Waterproof and holding up as expected.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Contact seller

Worked great. for electrics

I was really afraid to rush into my new shed to install a lamp but this box made it easy. The hole required for this is about 4.5" x 4.5". The color is not white, but grey-white. It went well with the white of my building in Moreton.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Empty

Great mounting block

Looks great very durable. I would buy again. I used them to install carriage lights and spotlights on the ceiling. There were multiple sets of holes for different mounting configurations. The quality looked a bit rough but they are sturdy. You'll never notice once a jig is attached to it.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I will add later

Worked as a replacement for a 13 year old home

I needed to replace an outlet cover on my home built in 2005 and was unable to find this product locally. After looking for the part number on the back of the lid, I found it on Revain. I was very glad I didn't have to remove the trim to replace this outlet cover because it fits perfectly.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Only available in black

It works best in electrical boxes, wiring and fittings

These things are hard to find - if you don't know what term to search for, even Google can't help you. My house was built in '91 and they have porch lights on the front and back of the house. The clips holding the front and back were broken in my existing kit, warranting the need for a new one. The new one was different than the original one, so the difficulty with this item was getting it to work. I was able to fit it into the fairing and attach it to the studs with a couple of screws, but Iโ€ฆ

Stay away from such contractors.

There have been several since the house was built. It took a few more because we added some outdoor lights and outlets to be installed on the siding. Went to the contractors who bought the siding. They no longer stock this product and I couldn't find anything close by. I hate missing coincidences. I googled the siding boxes, found out the name of the manufacturer and went to Revain. Found what I needed at a reasonable price. Received them and they were exactly the same as mine.

Pros
  • UV resistant plastic for outdoor durability
Cons
  • Very expensive
