Great picture, poor support

Worked great until they released a firmware update. I had to remove the camera and reboot the system to finally get it working, at least I thought so. Doesn't work and support staff is slow to respond. At first I would have given 5 stars but now that I see tech support being so slow to respond or exchange to me they barely got 4 stars.

Pros
  • Respond quickly - hear and speak to visitors at your door with clear two-way audio
Cons
  • Nothing here

Ideal solution for bullet cameras

If you're familiar with this system, this motion-activated headlight camera definitely won't disappoint. The light output is exactly what I was looking for. I just want the moving light to be usable even without "arming mode" and am deducting 1 star for that reason. This is the answer for those of us who don't have a group box or junction box in the area where we want to add light. Combined with Arlo's 25ft charging cable, it makes the perfect combo. I used a drop wire management kit to hide…

Pros
  • No hub required, direct Wi-Fi connection
Cons
  • Some cons

Not that bad. - Bullet Cameras

After several weeks of trying, I was finally able to get the headlight to work without draining the battery. In the first few weeks I was only able to keep the battery going for 1 week at a time. Having difficulty choosing activity zones, motion detection, video settings and other sensitivity settings. The battery now lasts for 2 months. I have an Arlo pro 3 dytem to sync with and now have a camera system that is wireless with no blind spots. The only drawback is the recording. If not set…

Pros
  • Arlo Smart - Includes 3 months of Arlo Smart for 30 days of cloud recording, advanced object detection, advanced notifications, cloud activity zones and more. After that, the plan starts with 3 pieces per month per camera.
Cons
  • A few little things

Which is not comfortable at all. update 1.10. – Arlo says in product response "Smart (subscription) required for Pro 3 Floodlight for cloud storage. Without Smart, videos can be saved when the Pro 3 Floodlight is…

Don't forget to add the $50 cable.

I've been using Arlo cameras for 2 years and I really love them. The best thing about them is that they can be installed almost anywhere and I always make sure the power cord is there so I don't have to keep changing batteries. I currently have 3 Arlo Ultra 4k cameras all using Wasserstein power cables with no issues. When I bought this fixture I ordered the same cables as the fixture uses the same cable connector as the Ultra 4k cameras. I like Wasserstein because they are reasonably priced…

Pros
  • Bullet cameras
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I bought this camera to warn me when cars were approaching my house. Image quality: I have attached three images showing objects at 2 o'clock. -3 meters (6-9 feet) away from the camera. The first two are in full daylight, but you can barely see the face and the number plate is illegible. These two screenshots are the best shots I could find in a video saved with motion detection. The last photo is at night, the car is stationary, the room is completely washed out. This happened when using both:

Pros
  • CCTV
Cons
  • boring packaging
