HUGE solid cat tree!

After much research I decided to buy this scratching post for our five cats (don't ask! It arrived within a few days and it only took my little daughter and I about 30 minutes to assemble it using the tools provided (with the cats supervision throughout each level of course) to make it very solid and well balanced.My only ones Criticisms would be the color and quality of the cover. I was expecting a nice dark brown and it's actually a pretty ugly gold colour, but we can live with that for theโ€ฆ

I've learned my lesson!

I had an Armarkat tree a few years ago and it lived with me for over 10 years before it finally outlived its usefulness. It was with several cats. About a year ago I bought a cheaper scratching post from another brand and it fell apart so quickly. Lesson learned. I bought this because of the success I had with my last Armarkat and because I wanted something other than white. I have a few more cats and they love their tree! The color is not as bad as I thought based on the discomfort. Of courseโ€ฆ

Attention: Very poorly packed and shipped; The item looked shabby and used. About $30 will be charged for a return.

This item was a big disappointment. It appears to have been delivered by truck and the box had several rips and tears exposing the item to dirt and wear and tear wherever the box was torn. It wasn't the worst though - when the box was fully opened the fabric/fiber cover of this scratching post, which was not quite carpet and not quite fabric, looked dirty, matted and worn like this scratching post did. used for many years, then repackaged in a box and resold. The sisal covered posts were cleanโ€ฆ
