The material is very soft and large (most are always too small). However, the one I received had a deformed hole, as if something heavy had been placed on it in a warehouse for a while. Didn't stay open/upright/keep its shape and my pet refused to touch it. However, the customer service from Pity.Customer was excellent. When my dad brought home the new Jackson Chihuahua/Terrier puppy he immediately claimed him (Indian Red 22x14, fifth picture in the series) and started digging, chewing and general chewing to maul. I love stuffing from this. He enjoys it so much that he drags him into any room with people before he falls asleep! If you have a small dog that likes to burrow/snuggle up for warmth, or the slightly nervous type that likes some sort of protective blanket, I'd highly recommend one of these.
