A leaking cylinder (noticed after assembly) prevented the stool from staying at the correct height when I sat on it. Contacted Armen on the day of delivery regarding this issue. Spare parts are on their way in less than 48 hours. really excellent customer service.

The only issue we had with assembly was that the footrest stayed flush with the front of the chair. They are really pretty and comfortable. The wood veneer comes off if you hit the counter, but that's to be expected. I love her.

Easy to assemble and very comfortable, like sitting on a pleasant cloud. Also has back support. Bought with very minor cosmetic damage on sale. In terms of comfort and looks, this is definitely a high-end stool. Wouldn't look out of place in a trendy restaurant or bar.

We ordered four of these stools for our kitchen peninsula. They were easy to put together. The pivot point is great, the footrest is perfect and the height variation is amazing. Appearance is as expected. We did notice some scuffs on the wood pad from rotating and sliding over the top of the handlebars, which could indicate the quality of the wood, but we could have been more careful.

I have had this chair for almost 10 months now. I returned my first pair of bar stools and received a second pair assuming it was just a problem, but it seems I'm having the same issue with my second pair as well. The ring on the bottom that holds the footrest without turning will break, rendering the footrest unusable and the stool looking ugly. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
