The vest looks very good. I'm 6.4, 230 pounds and wear a 44 long. I bought a large and it fits great. XL would be too big. There is enough space underneath to put on a sweatshirt or jacket, and with a t-shirt just close the Velcro. A minor annoyance is the collar which seems to be stuck to my Adam's apple but not too bad. Overall and for the price I would recommend.

Wanted something that would provide back protection in Arizona's mid-winter months and at $59 vs $200 Speed & Strength at Cycle Gear it felt like a steal. Although I really liked the style of the vest I found the quality more than acceptable. The upper was not flexible at all and had a "different" smell than leather. The inner lining sounded like it would break rather than tear. There's a thin foam rear pad that seems to be on display as it offers very little impact protection.
