Wanted something that would provide back protection in Arizona's mid-winter months and at $59 vs $200 Speed & Strength at Cycle Gear it felt like a steal. It's not that bad, although the leather is questionable and very hard. I had to treat it with a leather softener and polish it very well. I'm 5ft 7in and about 200lbs, the fit is good and the velcro is a good spring if you have the guts. I put on the Dainese back protector and it works well. I like the hidden areas inside if you do this. In general I am satisfied, I just want the skin to smell like real leather.
