Easy integration with other systems. Some of the features are not as intuitive or user friendly compared to others in this category. For example, it was more difficult to create custom work orders than other programs I used previously. Also there isn't any way to track multiple firearms within one itemized invoice since you can only specify 1 at a time per line item. Nothing as of yet but we haven’t gone live with it either so I cant say anything about what could be improved at this time other than any bugs discovered before launch would get addressed ASAP if found during our testing period and deployment process!
