I really like this product. Buying this means you are buying 25 pounds of rice. This helps me keep the rice covered and not fall on the floor. I usually just buy a bag and close it with clips. When we were kids we had a rice dispenser that was almost like this one but bigger. I decided to buy this for smaller storage versus a larger tub. I had no problems with the packaging. We definitely enjoy using this rice dispenser. This makes cooking rice much easier and faster. We cook rice almost every day so having it on our counter helps a lot. I was very very excited about this product because we make rice very often and I thought I could get 1 cup of rice right in mine with the push of a button Rice cooker - turns out it's not.
