Not very pretty, but it gets the job done. I need something for my office so I can stop using the microwave to heat water to make tea. No complaints yet.

I ordered this to replace a broken electric pan from another brand. The product has been used dirty. I did not pay the used dirty return price.

Bought for my child when he started college. He said that of all the things we bought for his dorm room, this was probably the most economical. We got a smaller size which he described as perfect.

Kettle works as it should and heats water very quickly. I also like its large capacity and cordless pouring, which my previous kettle didn't have. A few small annoyances: The lid doesn't stay open by itself for filling and when opening the lid, water escapes from the lid due to the design. It's also a little awkward to install it properly on the base.

Replaced an old model from the same brand that has served us for many years. I wanted to try a new wireless model from a different brand. But my wife pointed out the reliability of the brand we had. It heats up quickly (1 cup in about 2 minutes), although it won't hold very hot water for more than 30 minutes. The top of the trigger will not stay open unless you hold it tight.

This product is amazing. The first one was broken with a crack at the bottom and while I was boiling hot water it was spilling hot water all over my kitchen. I decided to try again thinking that I had no luck with the particular product I had received and after a few days of using the new one the filter broke inside and just floated (due to melting with boiling water). This is incredibly poorly done for a product that uses a lot of electricity and boils water. SO DANGEROUS!

For such a price, the kettle is pleasant. He does what he has to do and there is nothing to complain about! I love that it can be removed from the base so you can wash it or carry it around without worrying about the power plug. I don't like that the lid falls off when you open it - you have to keep your thumb on the little button the entire time you fill it or it falls off and you can't hold it open when you want the water to cool down faster for tea.
