The product arrived with obvious chips on the shelf. There are no instructions, but luckily I figured it out. Disappointed that the item arrived damaged after paying over $300 for it.

Very easy to apply, seller is a delight, they have a fantastic product for people like me who clutter their clothes rack. The fit and finish is exactly what I expected. Seems expensive until you install it then it becomes a steal.

We are very happy with it. We used two sets in a small dressing room. Quality and durability are second to none. It's day and night compared to the white wire shelves/rods we had. The installation went very well. Someone has complained that there are no pre-drilled holes, thank god there aren't. I have metal studs and none of them in the 16" center. I was blown away assembling this closet system and discovered that it had NO pre-drilled holes AT ALL. Also, the instructions are very minimal, it's literally a 3-step text document. INSTALLATION TAKES MORE THAN 3 STEPS! I ended up improvising with the instructions, of course I recommend following them first but don't expect them to work.
