I've been using these stirrups for a couple of years -- GREEN and black packaging -- to hang blankets for my cats around my little shaded porch for the winter (then I put a radiator in there ). This year, Lowe's packaging was WHITE. I was still talking about JT21 and still about Arrow so I bought them.
