Arrow Fastener JT21CM Chrome Junior Review

This is a great little stapler. It's the right size for my hand (medium to large women). Some staple guns are really too big to use. Since the mid 1970's I have preferred the JT21. I paint my own canvases. This is my stapler.

Unfortunately I chose cheap and that's exactly what I got. He delivers the main product from time to time, but usually not. The handle is easy to depress to the last 1/4 inch or so, then you need the grip of a gorilla to deliver the brace. That might be enough for an urgent project that I am working on with hope and prayer.

Product does not do what it is designed to do, one fits the butt, is not effective and does not hold the staples, very very disappointed in this product purchased. The end of the butt is elongated, the design does not go in, it falls straight out, the stirrup falls out, the element does not work as intended.

This is the best original Arrow. All other tackers are made of plastic parts that break when dropped (which happens). I use it to hang my Christmas lights and fix various household items. Pretty easy to use for the average lady who doesn't need a lot of arm strength.

First, the latch that holds the spring plunger in place was badly bent on arrival. This is very thin sheet metal and I was able to bend it by hand. Second, some parts are rusty. And thirdly a whole case of clips doesn't fit, I have to remove exactly one clip from the case every time I reload, how ridiculous. I think I'm expecting too much from a well-known brand that has had almost a century to solve these little problems.

Upholstery Way - Ask your neighbor to give you his pneumatic stapler if you're repairing anything other than a bar stool. It is difficult to stretch the fabric and pull out the clip. Unless you're a super muscular type with incredible arm strength, you'll need 2 hands to fire this weapon. Oh, and this thing breaks half of my braces (arrow). PITA BREAD. I tried basting 2 whole layers of canvas together, which I didn't find "heavy".

From the terms "light duty" and "junior" I concluded that I could work quite well with this stapler. Upon opening the package, my husband, who has his own stapler and strong arm strength, said that even he didn't want to work with it for very long. He was surprised I ordered him to tape wet watercolor cotton paper to Gator foam board - maybe that was too much. Reviewers have said they used this exact stapler for this exact purpose, but I don't think I can fit more than a few staples before hand
