The frame is excellent but there was a sticker on the glass. The sticker didn't come off easily, it took a little breaking to peel it off and then peel off to remove all the glue. I found it silly to stick something on the glass that would be visible in a conspicuous place.

The frame is excellent. Then they put a sticker on the glass, indicating that the glass is UV protected. The sticker dissolves, dissolves not easy. So now my beautiful UV protected glass whose only job is to show things covered in the remnants of the sticker which unfortunately renders the whole purpose of the frame obsolete. When they stop putting the sticker on gluing the glass, the frame will be great!

The frame itself is nice and solid. But one thing I don't like is the "sticker on the front of the glass". Be ready to spend 5-10 minutes to remove it. You will then need rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab or cloth to remove the sticky tip and residue on the glass. It should be something that peels off easily without problems, not a permanent sticker.

Photos look like the frame is a rich color but when I received it the frame was so shiny it looked like plastic. Live Rug also looks different; It's almost pure white, not a soft white/distressed cream color. The frame is well made, very strong. Packaging was meticulous, packed in another cardboard box with bubble wrap. No damage. I would not recommend this frame for aesthetic reasons.

This is a really nice frame. However, I agree with everyone that the sticker is annoying. I removed the sticker by removing the glass and scraping the sticker off with a razor blade. I then washed down the glass platen cleaner and sanding platen sponge to remove the remaining sticker. I then wiped the area with rubbing alcohol to remove any residue. Going through this process to remove a sticker is ridiculous, but it works. Hope that helps!

This is a good quality photo frame but I gave it a low rating because I had to spend a total of 20 minutes: scraping stickers off the glass, making Use a homemade "sticky" recipe and scrape off the residue, then remove the glass from the frame and wrap to remove the oil. The diploma is viewed through glass, so this is very important. Use an easy-to-remove vinyl sticker or stick it to something other than glass.
