They need to be applied over a non-washable top coat to give a high gloss finish and then rubbed in to buff the surface. When applied to other sticky surfaces, it has a shinier appearance. I applied all the powders partially on the clear top of the nail and the rest on the black base. All have some transparency and stand out best against a black background. I love her.

Love All Colors! Chrome in different shades. Not these colors. The only problem is that I'm having trouble applying this chrome. I've had other types of chrome that stick to the nail very well. But they are different, I do the same steps and I get patchy spots where the chrome didn't go. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'll try again, hopefully I'll finally get it right. If anyone has any tips please write a review to help others get the right chrome effects.

These powders are super cool and easy to apply. I don't use gel polish and was a little surprised to see that they work just as well with non-gel polishes. The product itself deserves 5 stars. However. I only have 18 cans of powder. I missed numbers 4 and 18. I'm also not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but none of them were in the order they should be depending on the image?

I haven't used the kit yet but I was dying to open it up and start planning how I want to do my nails. I was very disappointed to see that some of the glasses were only about a third full while the other was almost empty. Not sure if it's worth the price as I haven't even opened them yet. I'll try them out tomorrow when the non wipe top and black gel polish arrive.

That's an amazing price! So far I have chrome plated gold (on the thumb and pinky) and it has been PERFECT! Very easy to use. I used it with powdered nails. I did the dip as usual (I used golden yellow - 3 dips) then activated and filed/buffed and reactivated. I applied a thin coat of non-washable gel top coat, dried 60 seconds, rubbed with chrome (I used very little), brushed off the excess layer, applied another coat of top coat and dried 90 seconds.
