I thought it was a matte opaque white comparable to titanium white but it actually has a thin pearlescent matte finish. It's also on the clean side so opacity is fine. Not great for mounting unless you want a conspicuously thick coat of paint. On the other hand, although its use is somewhat limited, it has good thick flow and nice color.

These are amazing colors and I love the big 4oz tubes you can go crazy without worrying about them leaking. These are highly pigmented, vibrant colors with excellent lightfastness. The color is super smooth and creamy and highly concentrated pigment. Can be perfectly combined with Artecho paint for diluting or pouring. Very good choice of colors in this set. The tubes are sealed with foil and have a tab dispenser, the set is packed in a carton. Very satisfied, I recommend!

I use this color very simply - I'm just learning to paint with watercolors and need a way to apply solid white areas for things like highlights and stars. White acrylic paint is one way to do this. It's a large tube of paint that seals with foil after you unscrew the cap. This prevents, I assume, it from drying out until you're ready to use it.
