Easy to use.

This item works great. I hooked up an Aeroforce converter and HP tuner and they both work perfectly! You can also use it for government agencies and tracking your car or fleet as long as you use an OBD management system and don't interfere with the OBD port.

Pros
  • 1 Year Trial
Cons
  • Legacy Model

Good quality GPS system accessories

Bought this item to run Scan Gauge2 and power other devices through the obd2 connector. Works great so far, very strong cable and termination. The connector, which was supposed to replace the factory obd2 connector, appears to be designed for the GM style twin mount. Please take this into account when ordering.

Pros
  • High marks for tester support and durability
Cons
  • Secret

Ejections still passed

The original clip broke and I couldn't pass the ejections because it was not attached to anything. I bought this and fixed it in the original place. I connected my GPS to the other end and hid it under the dash. What worries me is that I was hoping he wouldn't interfere with the testimonies. no I passed the issue without any problems. 2013 TAHOE PPV Buy now.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Some errors

Perfect fit for my OBDII Land Cruiser

Amazing. This allows you to continue using the OBDII port in its original position on your vehicle and also have an open port. I'm using a Bluetooth OBD sensor in an open port hidden under the dash. If I ever need to use a different sensor for anything I can still use the original connector in its original position just above the fuses.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Weak plastic

It does the job but the reason I didn't give it more stars is because the mounting bracket broke when tightening the screws to install it into the OBD connector. I did not aggressively tighten the screws. In fact, I was pretty gentle. Just blew me away. I bought several for a fleet and if I needed more I would probably just use the same ones.

Pros
  • Electronics
Cons
  • Only available in white

Needed to add GPS to my daughter's car

I bought this Y connector to add GPS to my car so I know where she is when my 16 year old daughter drives alone. To me it's more of a security feature than a father wanting to know where his daughter is. I still didn't want her to know I had a GPS hidden under the dash. Also, this allows the mechanic to continue using their diagnostic tests without turning off the GPS. Good quality product.

Pros
  • GPS finder and accessories
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great item for hiding your GPS device!

I bought one of these devices for my fleet. The reason for the purchase was that I had two devices that needed to be plugged into the OBDII port (GPS tracker and dashcam). Once you disassembled the original OBDII port and installed the splitter and assembled the OBDII port splitters, you can't even tell the item has been added. I've been using the splitter to power a GPS tracker and dashcam for a few months now and everything works great. The product is worth its money.

Pros
  • Accessories for GPS systems
Cons
  • I will write later
