She is happy; I'm happy!

My daughter really wanted to get her for her birthday. This was her first time using them and it took some time to get used to them. Although she is very happy with them! Photography is her first attempt at it. She's only 13!

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Very good! suitable for painting, coloring and art supplies

I love these water brushes. They are beautiful, soft and flexible. Not too hard like others I've tried. The water pressure is also perfect. I've tried some that leak out of the barrel and also let too much water through while painting. But these are very, very good. I also like that they come with a second thin brush. Highly recommended and will buy again.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • No paint required

Great ideas for a beginner artist

I bought these thinking I could use them for acrylic paint. Then I read the instructions that said it was water or watercolor. For a specific project I wanted this to help blend acrylic paints which tend to dry quickly. I used it with water to mix acrylic paints in my project and found it perfect. Colours. I am very happy with them and have used them on other acrylic blending projects.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Tape

I paint with a lot of watercolor and ink so I'm going through these water brushes pretty quickly. The Arteza Brush Pens actually lasted about as long as my more expensive Japanese branded brushes at a fraction of the price. I also like that it comes in four different sizes. While I mostly use the small ones, the extra large one will definitely come in handy if you're painting a large background or just keep one for water use (if you're painting dry on wet). I really have no complaints about…

Not worth the money even though it's cheap.

Maybe the water brush is too dry? Before using them, I would insist that excessive dryness is not a potential problem, but that proved me wrong. You don't have enough water. Period. They also don't hold much paint, so even drawing tiny 3" x 5" cards is a chore, but that's not a deal breaker in itself. Lack of sufficient paint and water renders them useless. When you try to mix the paint you will find that you cannot squeeze enough water out of the brush to dilute the paint. Or even wet the…

You are leaking. Not suitable for use.

I purchased this product hoping to try a cheaper alternative to Pentel brushes. I was very disappointed. To unscrew and unscrew the head from the water tank, you must first do the opposite of the standard. Tighten on the left, loosen on the right. No matter how tightly I closed the head of the water container, water kept splashing into that part of the pen! None of this landed on my actual brush tip! I was disappointed to see that not just one of them, but all, leaked like this. In addition…

Has it been used? And lick!

I was very excited to start working with watercolor pencils but when I opened the box there was condensation on the caps but not in the water tank itself so I don't know what's going on. When I opened the cap the real bristles had little black dots all over them. I'm not sure if you can see them in my photos because my phone's camera is terrible and they were very small. Not sure if it could be due to moisture and possibly bacteria or something? I do not know. Also, on the largest size brush…

Pros
  • Very impressive

  • boring packaging
