very good condition = torn everywhere?

I love this concept so I'm giving it 3 stars. That being said I ordered a pre-opened package and according to the description the frame was in "very good" condition - it had tears all over it. It definitely wasn't worth the reduced price ($43.50).

Pros
  • Nice item
Cons
  • Only available in black

Great concept but needs a bit of work

This is a great idea and concept but for the price I would have expected more. The space for the artwork is too wide for the artwork to be flipped and distorted. It would be nice if there was something to hold the painting in place. Also for the price, I think it should be with glass to display and protect images.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • A little torn

love love love! - Photo Frame

I CAN'T LOVE THESE ANY MORE! I bought 2 of these and they are a great way to showcase our children's work. We used to tape pictures of our daughter to our bedroom wall (it felt like I was in a college dorm!). I told my husband we needed an adult bedroom so I found these and they work great. My daughter loves that she can change the pattern herself. I'm thinking of buying one for her own room.

Pros
  • Always Loved
Cons
  • Questionable Purchase for Seniors

Doesn't stay flat on the wall with just one hook.

I really expected it to be great but it's not as good as I was hoping. I have a large 4 art gallery. There is only one hole for hanging, so it's difficult to keep it straight. It's difficult for kids to post photos without rocking back and forth. It's still a great idea, definitely better than pasting my kids' drawings on the walls. All in all I'll keep it as I bought it for about a 40% discount.

Pros
  • Very good quality
Cons
  • Expandable

Very happy with my Articulate Gallery Frame

I was so excited to have the 4 Strip Gallery Frame back in stock! Articulate Gallery frames are a great way to showcase your ever-changing collection of masterpieces. The surface is smooth inside and out with no visible gaps or seams. Manufacturer's note inside suggests placing smaller images on a 9x12 sheet (i.e. thick paper) for display - great! I also took a cheap sheet of white foam and cut out rectangles to glue behind the pattern - a piece or two as thick as needed.

Pros
  • 1 Year Trial
Cons
  • No Instructions

Good concept but needs improvement.

I like the concept of this frame but was a bit disappointed when I opened it. There is a flaw in what I received that fits into one of the holes and doesn't form a nice straight line. Also, the slots that the pattern goes into are so thick that the pattern just tilted inward, which looked sloppy and cheap. We solved this by cutting out a piece of styrofoam to fill most of this space so the pattern fits snugly in the frame. At this price point it would be great if it had a spring loaded base…

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Hard to say

the best exhibition of children's drawings all year round

I didn't know what to hang on this low wall in our kitchen. We currently have a folding table for the kids as our dining table is right next to it. I decided to buy this art display for my kids as they use this table the most. It's perfect for right there. I can easily load multiple sheets of paper into each slot. It's also great for children's mixed media drawings, especially preschoolers who often make art with protruding objects like pasta, popcorn, etc., since there's no glass to deal with.

Pros
  • A dream comes true
Cons
  • A socket is needed
