Artists Loft Fundamentals Soft Pastels Review

Bought for my preschool class to draw the Northern Lights. Well suited for use in kindergarten. Well smeared with a sponge for the project. The colors were very beautiful and vibrant.

I've just started using chalk as a medium and they've worked well. However, I had to buy better quality white chalk because white chalk doesn't cover other chalk well. It's not a pretty gray either.

Interestingly, I found this product at Michael's store at a lower price and paid even less when I redeemed the coupon. Was able to get two more boxes for kids in class for about what I paid for them. VAT but no delivery, only petrol.

I bought them for my sister who is an artist and she said she was very happy with it. She loves that there are so many colors in this pack and the price is much better than the store. Very happy with it!

I first came across the Artist Loft brand when I was buying art supplies for an art class and needed money (the price was about the only thing I could afford at the time). This stamp lays down on paper thick and very smooth! The colors are very bright and easy to blend. To get the best out of them you need to use the right type of paper or they won't turn out as smooth. I've also tried shades of gray and they definitely worked flawlessly! I would recommend this brand to anyone just starting out
