I bought two filled poufs for twice the price of the unfilled one. There was an error. The ottoman comes vacuum packed in a small cardboard box, but it is not fully filled to fit in the small shipping carton. Must order an extra filling. By simply putting his feet on it, he shrinks to half his size. I love aesthetics; it looks really nice but I had to save money on the filled version. Buy unfilled!

I hated it when it arrived because it smelled like a sheep farm. Thought it could be a little better finished with stitching. I found out that some items cannot be returned, but the seller generously made it up to me. Just got it in the mail. I ordered unpadded and used 2 large cushions that took up space in the closet. Greater cushion padding could definitely have been used for added durability. The color is brown and the pieces of leather sewn together are different. There's definitely something rustic about it. Based on other reviews I was concerned that the zipper might break. Bought this because I wanted a portable stool/ottoman for my RV that didn't take up much space when driving with the slides extended. It's perfect.
