We want a refund, we got it in the mail on time but when we opened the box it was clearly used before the stuff got stuck in the car as if someone had used it myself and didn't like it and returned it and we got there. Complete crap, I want a refund for this product.

So far, it has not worked to force the seal, even the sample of the clothes that came in the car could not stand it, have not yet given up, could not call 800 #, so did not cost enough to worry, but disappointed nonetheless!

When sewing skipped stitches, my fabric catches and ruins the fabric causing it to tear. When I opened it from the packaging there was some kind of red substance on it, I thought it was blood but it could be something else, in fact it looked kind of gross but due to the fact that it didn't work, I thought it might just be the one that's defaulted, but I can't buy another one and risk wasting my money.
