Great replacement for my standard RV speakers!

We used these to replace our Stock RV ceiling speakers. The originals were all paper. It was a good update. While they aren't the most advanced speakers in the world, they make a big difference when compared to standard speakers.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are nuances

SPEAKERS FOR KIDS

"You get what you pay for". yes, usually and definitely in this case. I connected them before drilling holes in my boat; Luckily. I would be embarrassed to turn on a stereo with speakers attached. I understand $25, but I've still heard better sounds from a tin can reflex speaker.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Reliable

Good replacement for RV speaker

We used this speaker to replace the factory speaker in our RV. It was the same brand that already existed, so we already knew how it worked. Perfect fit, unlike the other one we tried. These speakers are flat so they can be placed in ceiling and wall speaker niches.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Minor problems

It was a mistake for our trailer.

Installed them outside of the RV behind the outside speaker covers thinking they would replace the original speakers. Unfortunately it was the same cheap junk, the dents fell off and ripped a year later despite the trailer being covered all winter. These are not street suites at all. I do not recommend.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • No

Replaces OEM with RV

I have replaced previous Jensen speakers that were OEM RV. I have tried another brand of 5 1/4" speakers, but the Jensen size seems unique (smaller) compared to other 5 1/4" speakers. Instead of resizing the fiberglass hole, I simply reshaped the same speaker. These are decent speakers - I wanted to increase the power output compared to the price. The OEM speakers lasted 7 years in harsh Midwest weather conditions.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Perfect replacement for outdoor RV speakers!

Inexpensive exact replacement for the original floorstanding loudspeakers of my Keystone Outback 21rs from 2007. Who would have thought that they should sound like this! Clear sound, nothing special but quality sound from an outdoor speaker. I didn't have to run any wires, I just connected the existing connectors to the new speakers, put butyl tape on the backs of the speakers and screwed them in with new screws. Finish with a healthy drop of ProFlex Clear Sealant and voila! Finally you canโ€ฆ

Pros
  • practical article
Cons
  • suitable for

Good floorstanding caravan speakers

We replaced the speakers in the trailer we bought from my son because one of them broke. It was physically an exact replacement, but the sound is pretty thin. Adequate and worth the small amount we paid for it. I don't listen to music at all when hiking. Why go to a quiet and "natural" place, and then pollute it with the noisy, developed urban world? I use the speakers while working on the trailer or in the yard next to the trailer. They are worth the price and meet my simple needs. If you'reโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I won't say anything

It is important to know the depth of the speaker area

Read reviews and replaced with the same speakers I had. Only use them outside while having a drink and enjoying the summer. This is not a rock concert so my volume is correct for my region, the first speakers lasted six years. You can spend more $$$ but you can get the same results given their exposure to the elements. When looking at speakers, pay special attention to the depth of your previous speakers and new speakers that you might like. Half an inch can make all the difference in the extra

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some flaws
