Poor quality on my review.

Within the first day of use the clasps on the shoulder strap broke on both ends. The strap kept falling off the bag so I had to tape them so the shoulder strap would stay on. Just not what I expected or wished for. I would pick a different product next time.

Pros
  • Have used similar product in the past. Makes a great first aid bag for me to use.
Cons
  • Offers limited protection against water damage

Great quality and quite large!

The quality is excellent! The zippers all work smoothly. It has many compartments! It's very big! Most people would have a hard time filling it, but me, being a worrier would have liked even more room to cover every possible issue. I have A LOT in it and it's about as big as you'll need unless you're a bit OCD like me, lol. It fits about everything, and I still have a few smaller compartments left. I do wish I had one large enough to add even more, but as you can see from the pictures and…

Pros
  • Good first aid bag
Cons
  • Poor quality craftsmanship

Item is small but holds alot

Bag is smaller than I thought it would be but it holds a good bit of stuff for EMS. plenty of pockets. came with a divider system which I didn't use. A few Nice items came with the bag. If I need another bag, this would work well.

Pros
  • The bag is made of durable materials that are water-resistant and can withstand harsh conditions, making it perfect for outdoor activities, camping trips, and use by first responders
Cons
  • May not have enough reflective strips for nighttime visibility

Red cross safety: my feedback

Emergency health issues in our house have a red cross ❌ solution in an emergency. Has room inside for antiseptic to ziplock bags,(A-Z). Trauma to boo-boos. All this for a very reasonable price.

Pros
  • Great value for money and compact.
Cons
  • May not be comfortable to carry for extended periods of time

Decent bag - not superior but not terrible

Product could be improved by attaching or anchoring insert to bag with velcro rather than free-floating. I have pulled out gear in the field and taken the insert with me. Would not repurchase, personally.

Pros
  • The ASA TECHMED First Aid Responder EMS Emergency Medical Trauma Bag Deluxe is spacious and designed to hold all essential medical supplies for emergency situations
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in extreme weather conditions

Great first responder Bag

It’s just the right size fits perfectly in the trunk of my car hopefully I never knew could use it in a real emergency. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Available Colors: Black, Blue, Red, Orange, Purple and Pink
Cons
  • May be difficult to access supplies in an emergency situation

This well made, lightweight bag can hold quite a bit.

I was able to pack a good amount of medical and emergency supplies into this roomy, light weight bag. There is just the right amount of cushioning to support contents and keep them from undue damage. I use it as both a first aid kit AND bug out bag. This company exceeded my expectations!BONUS: mine came with an emergency blanket, a splint, and medical tape!

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • May not fit all EMS responders' requirements for a first aid bag

Well constructed, meets my needs. Highly recommend!

This is just what I wanted. Size is perfect. Plenty of space for my first aid of materials. Well constructed, meets my needs. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • Perfect for what is needed here. Highly recommend
Cons
  • Limited accessibility to supplies due to a single large opening

Smaller than I expected

The bag is nice but a lot smaller than I expected. If you only have the small pill bottles and a small this bag could work for you. However, if you have the big pill bottles and I do, they suck up space very quickly. Then, the flimsy coushiony divider (not sturdy at all) is just for show. Lastly, to add any devices they better be small ones. I added a glucometer w/case and it took up most of the one pocket on the side. For me I can still use it but my next purchase, I will need a much bigger…

Pros
  • Trauma bag features adjustable/removable shoulder strap and top carry handle
Cons
  • May not offer enough protection for fragile medical supplies

Best first aide bag

Holds a ton of medical stuff. Was able to organize all the first aide stuff from under my sink and put it all in one place with easy access. The bag is of great quality.

Pros
  • Canvas. Sturdy. Lots of pockets for organizing. Large capacity
Cons
  • Inaccurate website description . Cheap material for the price.
