I got this as a gift for my son and he used it a couple of times and then it stopped heating. Wax no longer melts. There's no way to replace the lightbulb because I don't think there is, so you can't fix it. So it was cold all week.

I didn't like that the paint/coating wasn't heat resistant. It seems easy to use paint that has been tested and proven to withstand heat without blistering or cracking in WARMER 🙄, but . maybe the testing department was "off" that day. On the plus side, it heats wax and fragrance oils adequately, but who wants to see unsightly blisters, cracks, and peeling paint after choosing a heater based on its beautiful design?!? 😡

This is my first purchase of this type of heating pad. Love the silicone fish that sits on top, I have broken glassware many times. The only thing that needs improvement are the color transitions. They are not smooth, instead there is a flash before the next color and this breaks the atmosphere the lamp/heater creates. Or let me pick a specific color or change the speed of the transition from one color to another. It should not appear "busy".

I bought this because it looked good in the pictures. The box was not sealed at all when it was delivered. The lower valve opened slightly. It is bent on one side. It has a small crease or dent (on the stem under the flower) as shown in the photo. I put melted wax in it and turned it on. The colors are nice, but when it changes color it flickers with each change. In the video I saw there is no flickering at all. I am disappointed with what I received. It's not as comfortable as I had hoped.

I was so impressed I bought this as a second. Nice and easy to clean. Silicone mugs are much easier to work with than glass or ceramic wax bowls. The fact that it includes two cups makes it even easier. Simply remove the mug, set aside to cool and place in a clean mug. When the other cools down, the flexible silicone makes it easy to toss the wax into the container and wipe it off next time. I really like this lamp. I read reviews and saw many complaints about the lamp not getting warm enough. It gets really hot, but you have to be patient and give him time to warm up. I don't use silicone cups because heat transfer is poor. I simply placed the wax melts on top without the silicone cup. The smell of my melted wax has drastically improved after not using silicone cups. If you're worried about how to clean it, just pour the wax into the silicone cup and wipe the base with a thick…

Very disappointed! I could use it 2 or 3 days a week and no more than 2-4 hours at a time. He stopped working so I assumed his lightbulb had burned out. Today I finally got out to buy a "replacement bulb" identical to their original. Guess what? This is NOT a "light bulb"! It literally broke two days before the "30 day return period" was up!
