This product deserves 5 stars. Price.

This product deserves 5 stars. The price of this set is worth it. It comes with everything you need to install your stereo except for worn out connectors, which you can buy for $5. I was able to install my JVC stereo in 30 minutes with this kit. The included instructions are fine, but just looking at the pictures will help you figure out how to do it. Installed on Malibu 2011.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Upgrades available

He said it fits my car. THIS IS LSU!

I cannot describe how disappointing this kit was. It was listed as compatible with my car after MAJOR modifications. Over 2 hours of grinding and it finally fits right in my car. The wiring harness that came with this kit didn't even fit properly. To be honest the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it looks decent after all the mods. Do yourself a favor and skip this one!

Pros
  • Great for a small home

Worked fine most of the time. - Audio and video installation in the car

The kit is not quite the quality I usually see with Metra or AI. The side protrusions didn't snap into the front frame the way I would have liked. Maybe it wouldn't matter for most setups but I installed one of the big Chinese two din units and the floppy side made it difficult to build. If you are installing a Chinese 7" double din, you will need to cut off most of the front panel. These blocks are much larger than the standard blocks. I can say that the fit between frame and car was perfect…

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Easy to install into car electronics accessories

Absolutely no problem installing on a 2007 Chevy Cobalt. Cut off some parts of the bezel to fit specific cars. I know that for my car I had to cut 2 unnecessary protrusions along the top edge (per the instructions). The wiring harness was perfect. Easy to strip, solder and adapt to Pioneer wiring harness. It even came with a contact insert for the fuse box, which you use to connect the radio's power to the car's ignition. The radio could be installed and started with one shot.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Not the best

Attention buyers! Car Electronics Accessories

I Don't Like Wiring Installation None of the wires matched the car wires on a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Buyer beware. The wiring harness was correct but needed rewiring to make it work. Radio harness fits great, only harness issues ****** I asked the mechanic to write this from his point of view. *** My opinion is that what should have been maybe an hour is still going on after 4 hours of trying. Work with the included belt before offering to order a new one. 1 was delivered but it was a completely…

Buyers beware of good car electronics accessories

I don't like cable installation, none of the cables match car cables on 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Buyer beware. The wiring harness was correct but needed rewiring to make it work.
