    A pair of Asics #2 is your best bet

    Bought online after some searching. The original pair was purchased from a department store chain; appreciate it much more. Best quality, design, overall impression. Reasonable price, overall very happy with the product. Shipping on ebay (while I'm cheap and you get what you pay for) seemed a little long and also had poor USPS tracking (price stamps again)!

    Shoe test - my new test

    They were for my husband and he said it's probably worth getting better shoes because his feet feel so much better after a workout. Such an amazing understanding. He is very happy with the shoes.

    The best! ..!!! - my new rating

    My job requires me to walk a lot. This shoe is by far the best I've ever worn. I have flat feet and walk neutral. It adjusts to size and has amazing comfort. Memory foam really works. They are also great for any workout or sport. Highly recommended for light or hard running.

    My favorite model suits me

    I have run the last three marathons on three pairs of Asics GT-2140 with great satisfaction. Never changing a winning team so I managed to buy one of the last pairs available while preparing for the next one. I use a trial version for winter training in mud and snow for better traction and water resistance.     Great fit! In my opinion

    These shoes fit my feet better than any other running shoes I've had. The cushioning when running is excellent and the fit (on the side) is perfect. I love the mesh, it allows my feet to breathe easier and feels cooler when worn, true or not. I have already bought another pair when these wear out.

    Medium running shoes

    I've put about 100-120 miles in these shoes; and they react like I've added more miles than the shoes actually have. Unfortunately this is the case as I love Asics shoes. As far as I can tell, the 2100 series went downhill from the 2100 model. After accumulating the required number of miles in a year, I bought a pair of 2130s.     I'm happy to be back at Asics

    I am a new runner who started running 5k, 10k and a 10 mile in 2008-09. Started with Asics and didn't know much about running shoes but kept looking for great deals. After all, I used Saucony and Nike for a while. Also, my Achilles tendon and knees hurt for a long time. Eventually went and tried it on at a running store and they recommended the Asics Gel Nimbus - pricey but supple.     Nothing really good for me

    I think ASICS put more effort into making them look cool than making good running shoes. My previous ASICS shoes were much better, this one is more like Newbalance shoes with ASICS price tag.

    asics gt rating good for me

    this is my fifth pair in the GT series. overall i'm still happy with the shoe, but after wearing it for the first time i got a blister on the inner right heel. I have to admit I didn't run them much before that first 3 mile run.

    Satisfactory review of the Asics GT-2140

    I was completely satisfied with this product and was impressed by the speed of order processing and the perfect fit of the shoes when I first went shopping online. I don't think I need to go to busy athletic shoe stores as long as eBay offers this service.

    Sorry, but is this even possible for ANYONE - I don't know. like "Asics" to maybe post a goddamn size chart explaining what f$@# "11 D(M) US" is? Is it REALLY necessary? What, just "size 11" isn't enough? or size 11 a,b,c (for foot size) how did they used to do that before everything was made in china? 11 B(N) US, 11 D(M) US, 11 2E US, 11 4E US, what the hell does THAT mean? And why should I look for it on 5 different sites? Not the Asics website - of course not. No. Answer Wikipedia and Yahoo.

    Last pair of these GT-2140 EEs on Earth

    Asics made great EE sizes until 2012-2013. The new GT 1000 and 2000 are terrible compared to the previous GT-21XX series. I scoured the internet and this was the only 11.5 EE GT I could find. Thanks seller! But it was the last pair so unfortunately it's unlikely anyone will ever see this review about a discontinued product that is out of stock :-P

    tons of kilometers in my rating

    I first bought this shoe two years ago and have ridden at least 1000 miles in it. The only problem was that my big toe stuck through the mesh. After they became too worn to be usable I bought another pair also GT-2140, within 5 months my toe went through the net. These are still the best shoes I have ever owned and will be 4-5 pairs.

    Easy upgrade from GT-2130

    I like them because the upper is breathable, they are lightweight and also for support. I wear orthotics for flat feet and they work well in these shoes. I had GT-2130s before so it was a smooth transition.

    This shoe had fantastic reviews everywhere so I went to the local store and bought it. I have slightly wide feet (just not wide enough for a plus size), medium arch and wear supportive shoes due to my particular pronation. about a little at my local shop.     I think Asics are great running shoes and I've been using the 2110 for years and thought I'd try the newer 2100 series. The 2140 seemed like a good running shoe but it didn't fit my foot/running style well enough to use it carry .

    Great shoes, have been for a few months

    I've had this shoe for a few months and it's one of the best shoes I've ever had. There's one big problem - the mesh upper is so light it pierces the big toe on both feet. I don't think I'm that picky about shoes so keep that in mind.
