Best I've tried

This is the best night light I've come across while testing various products. The magnetic back cover is removed exposing the controls to turn on the super bright multifunction lights. You then place the flashlight anywhere on your clothing and replace the back shell that holds it in place. It's lightweight and the only problem I had was forgetting I was wearing it and finding it shiny on my jacket in the closet hours later!

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • No

A bit big but good specs

I have an old Asics Light which was much smaller (and I liked it) so I was surprised when I got it and saw the size. It's about 3 inches in diameter and attaches to a running shirt with magnets. In contrast to the older model, this one has different settings for the light. You can turn them all on without blinking, fast blinking, slow blinking and there are 2-3 other settings. This makes me visible to others. I wish it was *a little* smaller, but that's no big deal.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Having problems

Ideal for night runs

If you run at night, you need this LED light. I used a clip on a turn signal. It was bulky and didn't want to clip into the back of all my running shorts/pants. I've seen it and tried it. I LOVE the magnet. super strong The LEDs are bright red and you get multiple flash combinations. I will not run without a light and will choose this one. Flasher clips are cheaper but you'll be much happier with this one. I don't think you can replace the battery when it's dead, but even so, I'd still buy one…

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Very expensive

Morning lights

Early in the morning I run with headphones on, usually about 13-15 miles at a time. I always have flashlights with me and am always amazed when runners run early in the morning without a flashlight. I had warning clips on the headlights on each side for many years. What I love about this Asics light is that I can place it right in the middle of my back and stomach. Also, the light is very, very bright and easy to detach and store away once the sun comes up. (I wear it on my fuel belt) Also, it…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Magnet outperforms clamps.

I have a Nathan LED flashlight that snaps into place. This clip is not very strong and worries me about dropping the light while running. That's why I bought this model. I attached this device to the back of a safety vest. It's extremely secure. There is no doubt that you can put this on any garment and it will not move. The device is very light and the background of the design is reflective, which is a plus. The only downside is replacing the battery. Batteries can be replaced, but the device…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Battery cannot be replaced

I used this light for my winter morning runs last year and loved it. I "clipped" it to my left hip and pointed it backwards so you could see the bikes passing me along the trail (sometimes in the thick fog). It was heavy enough that I could tell it was there, but light enough that I didn't notice it as soon as I ran. In any case, this thing has two flaws, one small and one large. Minor downside: there are two sets of flash patterns and you have to cycle through them all to turn the device on…

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Very good chases - how to change the batteries

These are pretty good chases but as other reviewers have described them well I will briefly describe how to change the batteries. I was also looking for instructions but couldn't find them so I went and made my own. You will need: a small pair of sharp tweezers, a metal paper clip, 2 button batteries LR41. Headlight and rear only with magnets. You won't need the backing, so set it aside. 1) On the back of the main unit, use tweezers to slowly pull out the plastic cover where you turn on/off the

  • Good thing

Great running light

I thought I should comment on some of the things I had questions about before receiving this light as there is no product description: Size - I have uploaded a photo of the light next to my computer mouse. It's only slightly smaller than a mouse, but much thinner and incredibly light. As another reviewer wrote, you hardly notice his presence. It's attached to my Amphipod Athleta Xinglet reflective vest and I don't know if I'm wearing it. And I get annoyed easily by the fact that I wear…

  • Everything is great!
