Black Men's ASICS Snapdown Wrestling Shoes with Enhanced Athletic Performance Review

They are good for people with wide feet. Since other wrestling shoes are rather narrow, they have more room. I ordered mine a half size up and they fit well. Decent quality, reasonable price. Only criticism would be the lack of color options. Not a big fan of the gold part of the design. However, I am happy with the purchase.

We have tried replacing the ASICS Matcontrol shoes that my son has outgrown with these but to no avail. He liked the way they looked, but not how they sat or how the tongue was attached to the boot. These are back. Another pair of Matcontrols is on the way.

This is a wider fit, especially around the toes. Very useful for taller wrestlers against shoe size increase. Good fit, it would be nice if more manufacturers offered this.

The other side of the product is gray and absolutely disgusting. If the product was completely black (as shown in the picture) it would look good. shoes disgusting

Seems to be a good wrestling shoe. We ordered a width of 12.5 and the shoe says 12.5. My son couldn't even put his foot in there. I will order more🤞

Since everything has changed with shoes, I bought them for everyday wear. I used to wrestle, and wrestling shoes are comfortable and go with almost any ensemble. I love Asics Tigers.

Wrestling boots are notorious for being narrow, so if they're listed as wider, I'm interested. They were tiny, tight, and very uncomfortable. Also, the tongue is not loose but integrated into one side of the laces, making them difficult to put on.

A little difficult to put on, but worth it! Tight around the ankles but with enough freedom of movement. And comfortable!

I bought these shoes for training on mats in the art of Krav Maga on the recommendation of my sensei. He wears them too. They are really light, not too grippy, and look solid. After reading the reviews I ordered a size up, I'm 10, and I ordered 11. It turned out to be very good.

Such a slim design of these Asics shoes; it can/should be considered defective. In addition, due to the synthetic material near the instep, the overall aesthetics are compromised and flexibility is limited. A much better product is the Asic MatFlex series.

Bought for a 12 year old who normally comes in a size 6 and 1/2. I read the reviews and bought a size 8 and they were actually a bit smaller. Just a few matches and they already look worn. A little disappointed given the cost.

They were bought for my high school student after he wore out his last pair. We bought his normal size 12 but had to send it back for a 13. He couldn't wear a 12, but the 13 fit perfectly.

I'm very glad I found them in a larger size. Good quality and convenience. Hasn't fallen apart yet, another brand I bought fell apart after 10 days of wrestling practice. Those are definitely the best qualities. The price was affordable and despite heavy snowstorms, they got here on time. Thanks for that.

It has good traction; very easy! The size is a bit difficult. I've already increased the size by 1 from my usual size and it seems a little narrow in width but still acceptable. For more comfortable use, I would recommend increasing the size by 1.52.

Fits my 12 year old very comfortably as he has slightly wide feet wears 8.5 men I bought him 9.5 and they fit him perfectly will definitely buy another pair

My grandson has decided that Asics wrestling shoes are his favorite. He tried other brands but wanted to return to Asics wrestling shoes. He's only had the Asics Snapdown 3 for a few weeks but she loves them. I'll give them 5 stars if they're as durable as other Asics shoes he's owned.

I have a size 10 for men or 10.5 if the shoes are too tight. I bought these ASICS in blue size 11W 2 years ago and they are great for weightlifting and cycling. I have struggled in HS and college and I know from experience that you need to match your ASICS sizing. I just got the 11.5w Metallic Black and they feel perfect. Highest recommendation

This company knows how to listen to their customers. At least 89% of shoppers who bought these shoes, including me, said they were too tight and narrow. However, the company continues to make them this way. Why?! If they made just one wide sock, this company would sell more shoes than it could produce. ASCIS listens to its customers, they give people bursitis.

I ordered 9.5 and the shoes fit like 8.5 with loose laces. The size list is very wrong and doesn't give enough information about the shoes themselves.

I wear ASICS size 8 2E, it was a challenge to get my foot in this shoe with the laces fully out of the shoe. The box says 8 2E but the shoe only says size 8. Very disappointing.
