Having used other cloud solutions, this one has been by far my favorite so far! The customer support team at the sales level have helped me through every problem I've ever had with it - they are fast (which means you get your issue resolved faster), thorough in their answers/advice & extremely friendly / approachable for any questions that may arise along our usage journey together as customers!! The ability to manage all of our customer's accounts in one place, including quotes for customers that are not yet active! It has been very helpful since we have so many clients who use different software systems from different vendors. Also I like how easy it was to navigate through each account once they were set up. There really isn't anything dislike about this product if you're looking at managing your Accounts Receivable or Customer Service departments. Great tool for those companies that
