Very beneficial system and worth every penny spent
The ability to manage all of our customer's accounts in one place, including quotes for customers that are not yet active! It has been very helpful since we have so many clients who use different software systems from different vendors. Also I like how easy it was to navigate through each account once they were set up. There really isn't anything dislike about this product if you're looking at managing your Accounts Receivable or Customer Service departments. Great tool for those companies that need them! You can easily create invoices as well as send out reminders regarding payment dates! This helps us track payments more efficiently than doing it manually ourselves. Plus its great because when someone does pay their bill within 30 days of an invoice being sent then we get notified via email automatically. Notifies me instantly whenever there is activity related to my client's Account which makes accounting much easier.

- Can be used online only instead off installing locally onto any computer
- Very intuitive user interface no learning curve needed.
- just by dragging & dropping folders directly inside program file folder (which creates shortcut icon) where documents will appear under My Documents section along side other Microsoft Office docs.
