Works best with taillight assembly

Light doesn't fit like stock light but can be crammed in. The plastic on the tailgate needs to be opened for it to work. Also the light looks different and has no reflective band on the side. Works as it should, just not easy to install or customize.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • Can't remember

The bolts didn't fit.

The OEM screws that hold the light unit in place did not fit the bottom plate of the light unit. The holes in the canopy were also slightly offset, resulting in the bolt entering at a slight angle. I first tried installing the screws in the Polaris assembly to confirm this. I had to go back.

Pros
  • Nice package
Cons
  • Some problems

Not perfect, but not bad

Not too bad. It is very similar to the OEM but has a different hue so I can tell the difference between the two about 50% of the time. The little latch was in the wrong position so I had to take my pocket knife and fold it up. No big deal. It took a maximum of 10 minutes. Not a bad product.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic

Will not fit my OEM flashlight

I don't know if these models will fit different years but this one will not fit my OEM flashlight. The light works well as does the inside of the light - it looks different than my original. When I tried to put that OEM screw that holds the light in I didn't think they would match, I even went to the hardware store and bought what I thought I needed, turns out I just screwed the screws in there had and everything worked.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Only available in white

Fits my Ranger 570 XP

So I got a replacement tail light and it fits. Open the tailgate, loosen the two screws, disconnect, insert a new rear light, mount the two screws, done. Worked in advertising. However, you must pause for a minute. When I tried to plug in the plug it wouldn't go in. So I looked at the taillight and noticed that one of the pins was slightly bent. Having a job in the electronics industry, I knew I had to be careful when attempting to bend and straighten a pin. Anyway, I was able to bend the pin…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Not OEM, but enough for now.

In my factory taillight on my 2013 Ranger 900xp some of the taillight LEDs were not working so I decided to replace the light. When I received this light I was impressed by how well it looked and matched. Old ones pulled out, new ones in. The holes matched up pretty well, not perfectly, but after installation it looked pretty good. When I pulled into my driveway at night the next day and my headlights met my buggy's taillights, I immediately understood why this LED was cheaper than OEM. The OEM

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • No instructions
