I can not contact the seller, so I agree to look at the bad product. The motor came with wires going to the motor connected backwards. The nut pictured on top of the fan shroud is not on the shaft. I was able to mount the motor by flipping the hub, but the fan is severely unbalanced and the dashboard rattles, not just at very low RPMs. Worst of all, the air doesn't move smoothly even when the car is shaken on high settings. Purchased for 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. The product has worked great so far. A complete pain to install though. It took me about 2-3 hours. I'm not the smallest of people and I'm a bit chubby, working under a torpedo puts me in a very awkward position. But probably saved a few hundred bucks by doing it myself.
