I love this microphone! It's definitely one of the best out there. I have another Ranger mic that I will be using. I used to have one that I gave away and then I had to get another all black one, this one! RK hasn't been the same since they were bought out.

Update January 23, 2018: Crazy little spring pushing the talk button broke after only 5 months of use. The microphone was fine until it broke. Many people I work with have experienced the same issue within 4-6 months of purchase. First review: Good quality, nice long cable. Other drivers say the audio is clear. I love the stars and stripes design

I really liked this mic until it started losing half of it a few months ago. so nothing will come through my end. You have to tap to make it work again. It's quite annoying and sometimes I'm driving with someone talking to me but I can't hear it. That's how it worked for almost a year, now it's junk.

My husband asked me to order this for his work truck. He loved it and it worked great. For several months. I would say that after 3-4 months he told me to order him another one because the button was broken. So I just exchanged it. He's had the second one for about 3 months now and just today he told me that the button on it was broken. We will not order again.
