Not bad for the money.

The back works pretty well, the footpegs were hard enough to tighten so they don't slip when you put your foot on them. Once they were fine-tuned, everything worked perfectly!

Not bad, no instructions, but easy enough to figure out.

Not bad, there are no instructions but it's quite easy to find out. The bag is flimsy, the seat feels cheap overall, but I've never paid more than $200 for a Harley either. Seems to work fine, the height doesn't stay where I put it. Bought more or less to see if I need a backrest, I think I'll use it until it wears out and then I'll buy a nicer one.

Cheap back, but works with modification!

It's cheap! Installed on a 1993 Electra Glide Classic, it took considerable effort to get it working. However, it works! The mount alone is worth more than the retail price if you can find it! I had to flatten the "88-95" adapter, cut the rubber grommet, tuck it under the grommet to get it in place, and tuck it under the front bracket to get it in place. In the end everything is worth it!

Apart from an hour of fine tuning the settings to make them a perfect fit for me

Took 15 minutes to install on my Street The 2017 Glide Special, less than an hour of fine tuning to make it perfect for me. There is a washer on the underside of the main adjustment screw that rattles when the backrest is adjusted. Since it served no purpose, I just removed it. Problem solved. I also LOVE that it comes with a zip pocket that attaches to the back of the rest with velcro. Nice little gesture

The box was very badly dented with a small hole in the bottom

Was nervous about ordering this but decided to pull the trigger. I wanted something that wouldn't fall apart but didn't want to spend a lot of money as I only plan on using it for very long rides.
