Was nervous about ordering this but decided to pull the trigger. I wanted something that wouldn't fall apart but didn't want to spend a lot of money as I only plan on using it for very long rides. It arrived much earlier than expected, especially since it came from Hong Kong. He came and made me even more nervous. The box was badly dented with a small hole in the bottom. I opened it up and found a flap, clips, and a small bag of nuts and bolts with no direction. All in all it's amazing. The price corresponds to the back. Installation is fairly easy and I watched the beginning of the YouTube video to see the initial installation steps and completed it myself. Much better alternative than the $2 and even $3 or $4 backrests I've seen from other brands. So if you're nervous, do it. Your back will thank you
