I bought the fourth

My friend asked me to build him a computer identical to the one I built for the family. My first 3 are using the B350 version of this motherboard and the last 3 are using the B450 version. We use 1st generation Ryzen processors (1600, 1600X, 1700X and 1800X). Not my best impression

I've only been buying ASUS mainboards for about 15 years. This is the first time I've really had problems with it. Install a Ryzen 7 2700 processor and QVL memory. The ERSTE board failed to update the BIOS over the internet and then reported a black screen and beeps for graphics card errors. Apparently, the fail-safe BIOS could not be restarted without integrated graphics from the processor. The SECOND board ran on the BIOS configuration screen for about 30 seconds and then in the dark. Ready to use with my Ryzen 5 3600 and T-Force DDR4 3200 32GB memory kit

to fit into a smaller case that required a microATX board. I couldn't boot the board, probably because it didn't recognize the memory. I sent the motherboard back and replaced it with a Gigabyte B450 AORUS M. I've had similar problems where the PC won't boot, presumably also because the memory wasn't recognized. Reliable motherboard with reinforced components

I prefer ASUS motherboards for their quality. This is a good basic game board without much fancy built in lighting. There is only one color changing LED in one corner. I didn't want all that fancy LED lighting in a metal case, so I turned it off. The board features a Ryzen 5 1600 and a 2GB Gigabyte GTX1050 OC for low-end gaming. Good product. Terrible service.

I've always bought ASUS products, from graphics cards to motherboards. I was very happy with the quality of the product and the features it offers. BUT . Support ends up being crap. Absolutely the worst support I've ever experienced. God forbid you have to call for help with your motherboard. IT staff WILL BE OUTSOURCED and read from the script. My motherboard installed fine, no email issues, but Windows 7 won't install. Keyboard and mouse stopped working after entering Windows 7 setup. Calling
